Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Prava Next-Gen AI platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Prava Next-Gen AI is a cybersecurity SaaS platform operated by SwiftSafe. It provides vulnerability scanning, dark web intelligence (Satyam), compliance automation (SACT), source code analysis, threat detection, and related security capabilities across 30 integrated modules.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the platform only to perform authorised security testing of systems you own or have explicit written permission to test. Prohibited activities include: unauthorised access, denial of service attacks against third-party systems, illegal activity, and use of the platform for offensive operations against systems you do not own or have permission to assess.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for: maintaining accurate account information, securing your credentials, all activity on your account, and notifying us promptly of any unauthorised access at privacy@swiftsafe.com.

5. Subscription & Billing

Plans available: Free (no charge), Pro ($199/month), Max ($499/month), and Enterprise (custom pricing). Annual billing is offered with a 20% discount. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Refunds are not provided except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Prava platform, its AI models, source code, documentation, and brand are owned by SwiftSafe. User-generated content (scan configurations, custom reports, dashboards) belongs to you. You grant us a limited licence to process this content solely to provide the service.

7. Data & Privacy

Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Scan target data is processed ephemerally and is not retained beyond task completion.

8. Service Availability

We provide best-effort availability for Pro and Max plans. Enterprise plans include a custom SLA. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance where possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftSafe is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including business interruption, loss of profit, or security breaches arising from third-party actions. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, data is deleted within 30 days subject to legal retention requirements.

11. Governing Law
