We did not build a product.
We ran an experiment that kept working.

Prava is an AI driven platform for end to end security. What follows is not a company history. It is the record of how the thing was arrived at.

Discipline
Applied security research
Method
Build, measure, rearchitect
Output
A unified security platform

Definition

Security is fragmented.
The attack surface is not.

An organisation runs one estate. It buys eleven tools to defend it. Each sees a slice, each speaks its own dialect, and the gaps between them are where incidents live. The integration burden lands on the team least able to carry it.

Prava is built on the opposite premise: one platform that reasons across the whole surface, from a function in a pull request to a live threat moving through the network, because correlation is only possible when the signals share a home.

Secure everything, from code to AI-driven cyber threats.

Method

Research is not a phase.
It is the loop the product lives inside.

Most teams research once, then ship for three years. Every result we got changed what we built next, often down to the architecture. Nothing here survived contact with its own evaluation unchanged.

Evolution

How it actually went.

The points where the system changed shape because the evidence demanded it. Hover a phase to see what the work actually was.

    Machine learning

    Scale was never the goal.
    Fit was.

A larger model is not automatically a better one for security work. We have built and evaluated across four orders of magnitude to find where capability actually arrives for each task, and where it stops paying for itself.

Scale left to right, specialisation bottom to top.

    Accuracy

    Anything can raise an alert.
    Almost nothing survives scrutiny.

A scanner that flags everything has found nothing. Our research problem is not sensitivity. It is what is left standing after each stage below has tried to throw a finding away.

The taper is illustrative. Real survival rates and benchmark figures go here once the evaluation set is stable enough that we would be willing to have them audited.

      People

      Who ran the experiment?

A small group. Every person here is on the technical path of the product, not adjacent to it.

      Research became the product.

Not a slogan, a description of the process. The architecture changed because the measurements said so, and it will change again for the same reason.
